Manufacturing Capabilities

Klassen Custom Fabricating has the manufacturing capabilities to build the most complex designs for your most demanding projects. Klassen will build to supplied prints or to sketches developed by our field engineers.

Skilled Trades in the Shop and in the Field

Klassen Custom Fabricating has a 35,000 sq. ft. (3,250 m2) fabrication shop. The fabrication shop is staffed by exceptionally skilled trades people. A highly-skilled installation group provides field support.

Flexible Manufacturing

Klassen's fully equipped shop uses laser cutting at the core of its flexible manufacturing. All sheet metal is fully cut before additional processing. Klassen can fabricate using multiple material types including plain carbon steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.

Klassen has both powder coating and wet painting facilities. Our baking oven ensures all paint is cured and hardened prior to shipping.

Certified Quality

Klassen Custom Fabricating is ISO 9001:2000 registered. All customized electrical enclosures are CSA, UL rated and can be manufactured to a IP5X rating as required. Additional certifications are available on a project basis.
