The following metal fabrication projects are representative of our field engineering, manufacturing, and installation capabilities.

Machine Guarding

Sheet metal machine guarding for this dial machine was built square to create room for machine service. The guarding is high enough for a person to stand up inside to service the machine.
This sheet metal machine guarding features triple sliding doors that can slide to either side to allow greater access into the machine.
PVC coated, wire mesh safety guarding is shown around the robot cell. The assembled machine guarding is mounted on the machine frame.

Shown are three custom-fabricated consoles with top and bottom doors; monitor viewing windows in the upper doors and a sliding keyboard shelf at standing height.
This extra deep three-door electrical enclosure features overlapping doors with door louvers. A drip edge is above the doors. The electrical enclosure is painted to customer specifications.
This portable console features a slide out keyboard shelf and a monitor viewing window. The console includes a side door for full access, adjustable inside shelf, document pocket, and lockable front swivel castors.

Hydraulic tank with support stand.
Hydraulic tank without drip pan. The hydraulic tank has a cut out for a top-mounted pump and welded-in couplings.
This Hydraulic tank features drip pan, hinged access door, a pump mount cut out, various weld-in couplings, and control mounting brackets.

This mist collection duct header was installed on a dial machine. The duct header was supplied preassembled and mounted on the machine in the orientation shown.
These welded machine base sections are shown prior to finish machining.
This machine base features clear lexan doors which follow a top and bottom mounted circular track. The vertical supports and overhead assembly enclose the electrical conduit system.

This machine guarding project includes an operator platform along one side, a stairway, and an overhead balcony.
The operator platform is integrated with the machine guarding for this transfer machine. The platform runs along the entire length of the machine.

This washer housing has an overhead monorail where parts travel thru the washer. The upper housing has access doors along both sides. The tank has cleanout doors on the side.
This washer housing encloses a rotary table which holds parts as they rotate thru the wash and blow off stations. It also has interchangeable upper access doors and clean out doors on the tank.
