Platform and Stairway for Transfer Machine
An operator platform, stairways, overhead balcony are included as part of the machine guarding for this transfer machine. The operator platform runs along one side of the machine. An overhead balcony has stairway for ease of service and maintenance.
Field Engineering
From field engineering sketches or supplied prints, Klassen will quote, design, fabricate, and install your stairways and mezzanines. Klassen field engineers are able to place stairways and platforms where you need them and provide solutions to access, maintenance, and service challenges.

We provide stairways, hoop ladders, and platforms for access in and out of machines, automation equipment and other plant equipment. We provide stairways and mezzanines for existing plants and other interior or exterior industrial areas.
We manufacture stairways and mezzanines in plain carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. We can provide open or checkered plate decking for mezzanines and stairways. Stairway treads can also be galvanized or fiber-grate (fiberglass treads) for lighter weight and chemical resistant properties.
Flexible Installation and Delivery
For time-sensitive installations for custom stairways and mezzanines we can provide a flexible delivery schedule. With our flexible delivery, we are able to pre-install stairway and mezzanine sections as required.
